Welcome to LUX | Opulent Island Suite 2! This apartment is one of a kind with its luxury furnishings and state-of-the-art facilities. Located at the heart of Palm Jumeirah, just beside Shoreline and near to Atlantis, The Palm. Perfect for business trips, travelers, or residents that need a staycation! Note: * Maximum of up to 2 visitors at a time, passport copies must be provided to our email for us to then forward to security, if not provided security will not allow them to enter the property building or frond at the main gate. Please note that passports sent after 6 pm will be registered until the following day. Visitors arriving after 9:45pm will not be permitted access. Any violation of these visitor rules will mean the full surrender of your security deposit and eviction from the property building or villa with no refund of the remaining nights. The Security takes the visitor procedure very seriously. * Guest must be 21 years old and above to check-in or must have a legal guardian. * Guest should not be all bachelors or group of male friends as per Nakheel short stay policy. Notice: Please be advised there is construction on the beach nearby, but there is no noise heard from inside the apartment.
