The building is located in a very special location, as it is close to the Dubai Airport Duty Free, and the metro station ( DAFZA ), Which helps the residents to use the metro, which is the most important means of transportation in the emirate of Dubai. We aim to provide small rooms for people with very low budget, in a shared apartments, there are rooms for ladies, and rooms for men, we also provide daily cleaning service for the apartments and common areas such as bathrooms and kitchen. The apartments are air conditioned, there is free Wi-Fi, and all bills and taxes are included in the price.
