Our Company has demonstrated a history of working in the hospitality sector and Real Estate industry for the past several years since 2007. We are delighted to present to you the exclusive 1-bedroom apartment in Emirates Garden- Lavender 1. Stay in one of our holiday apartments in Lavender 1 to make the most of your summer vacation. And guess what? You can take in some spectacular city views from the balcony of your apartment. Imagine sipping a cup of tea on your balcony while watching the sunset! This 77.95 sq. meter apartment embodies luxury and serenity. The apartment is fully furnished, consisting of a bright and vibrant living area from where you can enjoy the street views of Dubai. So, whether you're watching your favorite show on the smart TV or resting in your bedroom on soft and comfortable beds with rich linens, you'll be comfortable. We are confident that you will like everything this apartment has to offer. You'll also have access to free private parking and Wi-Fi! The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you'll need during your stay at our apartments, including a built-in refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, serving plates, and more. The other facilities that you can avail yourself of at our holiday homes are a well-equipped gym, sauna, and steam area.

Neighbourhood information

The community has a village-style arrangement with landscaped gardens and easy access to lifestyle amenities. JVC is located at the heart of new Dubai. The residential district is connected by three major highways: Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Khail Road, and Hessa Street. Several casual and fine dining eateries are dotted across JVC. Regardless of the district and sub-community in JVC, residents can access these restaurants. When it comes to retail and shopping, residents of Lavender 1 don’t face any problems. The residential building itself has a Holiday Mini Mart on the ground floor. Besides this residents also enjoy access to nearby and some of the best supermarkets in Dubai Landmarks near the buildings are: - International Cricket Stadium in Dubai - Miracle Garden Dubai - Dubai Autodrome The location of Lavender 1 in JVC District 12 connects it to Al Khail Road and Sheikh Zayed Road. This offers easy access to transportation near Lavender 1. Bus stops within the community are within walking distance, whereas metro and tram stations are at a short drive.
