Property information

This apartment has a chic interior; with extensive decorations and high-end furniture, you will surely enjoy every moment around this unit. It is located on the12th floor of Studio One Tower, is spread over 66 sqm, and has capacity for 4 people. The living / dining area is cozy, yet all inclusive. It has a grey L-shaped double-sofa bed for your extra guests, a coffee table, a matching TV unit with a TV, as well as beautiful decorations and artworks. You can also find a chic rounded dining table with four chairs, and beautiful decorations surrounding it. The room is naturally well-lit, as it has floor-to-ceiling glass doors giving access to a private fully furnished balcony. The kitchen is beautifully filled with white cabinets and countertops, and is nested in this open area. Equipment and utensils include cooking basics, dishes and silverware, dishwasher, hot water kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, freezer, stove and juicer. The bedroom is gorgeous! It boasts a beautiful black king-size bed, dressed with fresh white linens and beige bedcovers. Night tables with lamps, wardrobe, and decorations are also available in the room. We can also provide you with extra blankets and pillows, upon request. The bathroom connected to this room includes a large shower cubicle, a washbasin, and a toilet. Toiletries are also provided. A second bathroom for guests is available; it includes a toilet and a washbasin. The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as fire extinguisher, and smoke detectors. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, and a washing machine. Our dedicated GS team will be available at the location to assist you with your check-in and check-out procedure.
