This beautiful one bedroom apartment is spread over 85 sqm and has capacity for 4. The living room at the unit is light-colored and fresh, featuring a large beige double sofa bed with colorful cushions, a matching armchair, light grey rug, a coffee table, TV unit with TV on top, and beautiful wall decorations and artworks. The living room also features a large glass door giving access to a private balcony with a table and chair. Next to the living area is a round white dining table. Also, in this open space living area is a small welcome counter with beautiful artworks, giving the place a feeling of modernity and elegance. The kitchen at the apartment is so inviting, as the color white is prevailing all around. It is fully equipped with everything you might need, such as a freezer and refrigerator, cooking basics, dishwasher, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, stove with hood on top, and dishes and silverware. It also includes a table and two chairs. Going inside, you will find the large master bedroom with wooden flooring. It comes with a comfortable king-size bed dressed with fresh linens and light bed covers, night tables with lights, a cute rug, a built-in wardrobe with mirror, and a glass door giving access to the shared balcony. The glass is covered by light curtains, as well as room-darkening shades - in case you enjoy a gloomy morning. The room has a full private bathroom that includes a shower cabin, a toilet, a wash basin, and all the amenities you might need during your stay such as cleaning products, conditioner, hot water, towels, soap, toilet paper, and more.
