This cozy studio has a sleek interior. It is located on the 18th floor of Indigo Tower, has a total area of 51 sqm, and capacity for 2. The main room features a white queen-size bed dressed with fresh white linens and green bed covers, matching cushions and rug, nightstands with lamps, wardrobe, as well as paintings and decorations. The room also includes a chest of drawers topped with a TV, as well as a rocking chair with a side table, and a small dining table with two chairs. The room is well-lit, as the wall-to-wall glass doors let in natural light, and gives access to a private balcony overlooking the breathtaking lake views from above. Next to the living / sleeping area is a nice kitchen filled with wooden cabinets and black countertops, and has all equipment and tools you might need during your stay such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, freezer, refrigerator, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, wine glasses, and a stove. There is one bathroom at the unit; it includes a bathtub with curtain, a washbasin and a toilet, as well as amenities like cleaning products, conditioner, hair dryer, hot water, towels, soap, toilet paper, and more. The studio is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide alarm and smoke detectors. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. Another Red Line metro station nearby is the DAMAC Properties Metro Station at a 10-minute drive. The Nakheel Harbour and Tower station is located at a 14-minute drive. - TRAM STATIONS NEAR INDIGO TOWER: The nearest tram stop is the Jumeirah Lake Towers community stop. Other nearby stations residents can drive to include Dubai Marina Mall and Jumeirah Beach Residence 2 located 11 minutes away.
