This two bedroom apartment is spread over 151 sqm and is located on the 11th floor. The interior is nicely decorated with modern furniture and designs, and offers panoramic views all around! The living room features a large dark grey sofa set, a coffee table, a wooden retro TV unit with a 55-inch smart TV with streaming services, like Netflix, and beautiful art work and decorations. The room is naturally well-lit, thanks to large panoramic glass doors, giving access to a private terrace furnished with a table and chairs, and a beautiful sofa set, overlooking beautiful city landscapes and parks. The second bedroom has two single beds, night tables with lamps, wardrobe with hangers, a makeup vanity desk with a chair, and beautiful decorations. There’s a total of 3 bathrooms at the apartment, one of which has a bathtub with a curtain glass, and the second one with a shower cabin and a curtain glass. All three bathrooms have toilets, and washbasins, and large mirrors, as well as amenities such as cleaning products, hot water, hair dryer, conditioner, towels, soap, toilet paper, and more. The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, and first aid kit. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space.
