Объект находится в очень в выгодном положении для путешествий. Выйдя из апартаментов, вы через пару минут попадаете на шикарный канал Qasba. Пройдя вдоль канала, через 5 минут перед вами открывается невероятно красивое озеро Khalid. Вокруг озера стоит множество небоскрёбов, которые завараживают дух. Вечером там можно наблюдать шоу музыкальных фонтанов, а на другом берегу лазерносветовое шоу. Если вы приехали позагорать и накупаться, то в пешей доступности есть 3 пляжа: Al Mamzar beach, Al Khan beach, Sharjah beach. В центр Дубая можно легко добраться, остоновка рядом с домом, автобус Е303, а после можно сесть на метро и доехать к любой достопричателти Дубая.
