We definitely enjoyed our stay in Gulf Court Hotel. They have a lot to offer for everyone to enjoy their stay. The staff are very professional and friendly especially Ms. Okta in the main reception, she managed to give us a room upgrade when she knew we had a family celebration in the hotel. Thumbs up for her great hospitality and professionalism. The rooms are very clean and spacious, everything is in there except for the dental kits, otherwise, the rooms are of good value for a luxurious stay. We also booked a karaoke room in this hotel, nothing much special, it was nice place for gathering but I think they should improve their service and the song list should be updated and the food service is a bit slow than what we expected. We also liked the breakfast buffet in Al Waha Restaurant. Overall, I recommend this hotel for families and group of friends who wants to a have short vacation and good time with their loved ones. Excellent breakfast . Sayana was professional and helpful . Arath the chef made an excellent selection of food and the chef from South Africa paid attention to detail. The pool area is small but welcome . Osmond the lifeguard looked after the area well, he was friendly and professional. Hotel is beside the canal. It's nice to walk along the path beside it . Bikes and scooters can be used safely and you can go directly to the beach along the path. By bike it would take about 30 to 40 minutes .

Everything was impeccable and perfect (fantastic breakfast!) except for the transportation. Practically everything is only accessible by taxi. The actual city center is about 500 meters away, but since it is on the other side of the river, it is virtually impossible to reach on foot or by public transport!
