## The space Welcome to our home! Comfortably accommodates 4 guests, this apartment is modernly furnished with a cozy environment. It also has access to the pool and gym. This home is complete with hotel-quality linen, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable! Located in a modern apartment building, the home is professionally prepared with all the necessities for you to enjoy your stay! This apartment comprises a living room, full kitchen, dining area, and 2 bedrooms, all fitted with modern furnishing and appliances. The full kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary mod-cons so you can prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. Feel free to use the toaster and kitchenware provided as well. Enjoy the use of the other amenities in our home, including a washing machine and ironing facilities. ## Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and the building's pool and gym. ## Guest interaction We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. ## Other things to note This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night and room.
