## The space Welcome to our home! Relax in the comforts of this newly furnished modern lovely home. Perfect for a lengthy holiday, quick weekend getaway, or a work trip! The apartment has 1 bedroom with double beds that have been fitted with hotel-quality mattresses and linens for your comfort. The apartment also has 2 bathrooms with showers and both also have toilets. Enjoy your meals by the window and drinks on the balcony, with gorgeous views. The living room has the perfect Marina view, with a sofa bed that can fit one adult or two kids and a large dining table, coffee table, and a TV with streaming channels including Netflix and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cookware, including a stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, Nespresso machine and more. You can also enjoy and sun lounge by the pool and stay fit using the shared gym in the building. ## Guest access Guest have access to the entire property. ## Guest interaction We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. ## Other things to note This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. ## The neighborhood The perfect place for both work and play. Dubai Marina, the world's largest man-made marina, is one of Dubai's most spectacular and vibrant areas. It is also 5 minutes walk to JBR Beach, with close proximity to Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City and JLT making it convenient for business meetings and sightseeing. ## Getting around The recommended mode of transport in Dubai is by taxi, it is often quite cheap depending on the distance. Otherwise, you can find multiple tram stops and the JLT or Damac Metro stops in the Dubai Marina, which allows you to visit many areas throughout Dubai. Alternatively, Careem & Uber are also available to you from wherever you are.
