## The space Welcome to our home! Perfect for business travellers, with free wifi, a dedicated working space, a comfortable armchair, a coffee table, and a flat-screen smart TV. The sleeping area is complete with an XL King-sized bed, complete with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The kitchen is well equipped, with a coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave, and a fridge, where a tasty home-cooked meal can be prepared. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well. The building includes a shared swimming pool, gym and sauna. We hope you have a fantastic stay! ## Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! ## Guest interaction We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. ## Other things to note This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. ## The neighborhood The apartment is located in a fantastic location for business travelers and tourists! You're within a quick drive to Dubai Marina, The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina Walk, and Jumeirah Beach! There are some great dining options in the area as well, including Nola Eatery, Mythos Kouzina & Grill, and Hyu Korean. If you're planning to cook at home, you can pick up groceries at the supermarket in the same Cluster. ## Getting around You'll have no trouble getting around town. The closest train station is DAMAC Metro STation which is 550m away. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App is available in the city. DXB Airport is 30 mins away by car. Marina Walk is just 12 mins away by car. Burj Khalifa is 20 mins away by car. Jumeirah Beach is 20 mins away by car. Burj Al Arab is 13 mins away by car.
