Welcome to my home! Perfect for golf and horse riding enthusiasts; my home is located in the pedestrian-friendly neighbourhood of Meydan. In less than a 15-minute car journey away from some of the most iconic landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and the Palm Jumeriah; you'll get the best of both worlds of serenity and convenience. You can find free parking just outside the residency too. The apartment is comprised of 1 bedroom with a double bed, 2 bathrooms, and an open-concept living area, all decorated in scandi-inspired furniture for a homely feel. All the amenities needed to make yourself comfortable can be found within the apartment. These include: - A fully-equipped kitchen with a gas stove and convection oven. - Wide-screen TV - A small balcony overlooking the courtyard - Free access to the building's shared facilities such as the gym and pool - Free parking in front of the building Fresh towels, bedsheets, and toiletries are provided for your convenience.
