## The space Welcome to our home! Enjoy the views! Fitted with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee table. The sleeping area is complete with a double bed. The kitchen is well equipped with a toaster, a stove, microwave, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well! The bathroom comes with complimentary toiletries and towels. The building includes a shared swimming pool, gym and sauna. We hope you have a fantastic stay! ## Guest access You will have access to the whole property. ## Guest interaction We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. ## Other things to note This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day) Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before your arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department in order to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and registered on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge an AED 1800 smoking fee, at minimum. ## The neighborhood The apartment is located in a fantastic location for business travelers and tourists! You're within a quick drive to Dubai Marina, The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina Walk, and Jumeirah Beach! There are some great dining options in the area as well, including Nola Eatery, Mythos Kouzina & Grill, and Hyu Korean. If you're planning to cook at home, you can pick up groceries at the supermarket in Dubai Marina Mall nearby. ## Getting around You'll have no trouble getting around town. The closest train station is DMCC Metro Station which is 550m away. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App is available in the city.
