The living room is equipped with a sofa, flat-screen TV for you to kick back and relax, a desk that you can use as a workspace while enjoying the calmness of scenic view, a dining table, and a sitting area on the balcony. The apartment also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, microwave, kettle, cookware, and more. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, and we have also provided a hairdryer, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries for your comfort and convenience! We hope you have a fantastic stay!

The apartment building is in a great location for business travelers, families, and holiday goers. Right by the Dubai Marina, you can find plenty of things to do in the area itself. You could also head over to the Dubai Marina mall, 25 minutes by foot, for grocery and leisurely shopping. Marina Beach and Skydive Dubai are all in the vicinity. There are also plenty of restaurants within a 10-minute walk from the home. The Dubai Marina Walk, a 10-minute drive away, which lines the waterfront has a selection of cosmopolitan restaurants while the palm tree-lined boardwalk serves as a link between the many towers in the development, the gardens, and the marina.
