## The space Welcome to our home! In our home, your health and safety come first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection. The space is equipped with a sofa, a queen bed that will be made with the finest quality of linens, as well as a flat-screen TV with Amazon Prime for everyone to kick back and relax. There is a sitting area on the balcony that you can use to enjoy your meals while appreciating the views of Dubai. The apartment also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cooking equipment. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, and we have also provided a hairdryer, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries for your comfort and convenience! We hope you have a fantastic stay! ## Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, including access to the building's swimming pools and gym. ## Guest interaction We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. ## Other things to note This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. ## The neighborhood Nestled in the Dubai Marina, Sparkle Tower is located in the Dubai Marina and is perfect for anyone looking for a getaway. Right by the JBR waterfront, you’ll find plenty of exciting spots in the area that are assured to keep you busy throughout your stay! Just down the street from The Walk, you're bound to find an array of restaurants and cafes to explore. Jumeirah Beach is also a 5-minute drive away and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. ## Getting around You'll have no trouble getting around town. The recommended mode of transportation in Dubai is a taxi; it is often relatively cheap depending on the distance. Otherwise, the Jumeirah Beach Residence tram stop is a 3-minute drive from the apartment, and you can also find bus stops in the area serving three routes around town. Alternatively, Careem & Uber are also available to you from wherever you are.
