Welcome! Celebrating the architectural heritage of Arabia, The Old Town development is a mixture of low-rise three-storey apartment buildings and mid-rise towers with penthouses and offers a counterpoint to the sharply modern style of Burj Dubai. The Old Town is a quaint neighborhood where Yansoon is located. The heart of the emerging Downtown district. The Apartment is naturally well lit and is fully furnished with modern appliances for use like High-speed internet, Washing Machine and Refrigerator. In the living room, you'll get a view of the pool in the central courtyard, and a TV with access to streaming services like Netflix. The kitchen is stocked with all cutlery and basic pots & pans needed for cooking. It also comes with a toaster and a kettle for your use. And a Nespresso Machine with complimentary coffee pods for your pleasure. The bedroom has an extra-large kind size bed line with crisp and fresh linen spread out with two bath towels and two hand towels for your use. The showers consist of premium toiletries for your use. My home is cleaned and sanitized before your arrival.
