Расположение отличное. До пляжа 10-12 минут пешком. Много магазинов и ресторинов вокруг. Приличный бассейн в доме. Под домом выход на променад вдоль каналов, всё очень удобно. За чистотой следили сами. Хозяин отзывчивый и быстро реагирует на просьбы, что очень важно! Есть все необходимое для проживания - посуда, пылесос, сушка для белья… Приятный вид с балкона и не слишком шумно, хотя и мешают трамвайные перезвоны, но это мелочи
