We enjoyed our stay in Fairmont, specifically restaurants in the hotel and exceptional service by the staff (everyone was polite, attentive and helpful). We booked the room with sea view and the view exceeded our expectations. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. There is a variety of restaurants in the hotel to choose from, we were impressed by Al Magheeb - most delicious Middle Eastern cuisine I've ever tried and very friendly personnel (special thanks to Elsherif who served us and went extra mile to make our restaurant experience unforgettable). My husband has a severe seafood allergy. Personnel in all restaurants that we visited (Little Miss India, BA, Al Magheeb and even Seafood Grill bistro) was extra cautious and ensured that meals for my husband were cooked separately to avoid cross contamination. Although the palm is located a bit far from Dubai city centre, there is a nice promenade area with restaurants and bars near the beach where you can dine out.

Every single person at the hotel is kind, the food is excellent, everything is very clean and very covid appropriate. The pool is big, the beach is beautiful and clean. We also did some water sport and a boat tour by the beach the guys were really nice. The location is also excellent, on the palm but close to everything, with one big mall 2 min away and a smaller one just across the street. You get also go for a walk by the beach where they have few restaurants. Love love love the Fairmont!
AustraliaLocation is perfect, especially now that several restaurants newly opened on the beachfront so it is pretty lively. Breathtaking seaview from the room so I totally recommend booking a seaview room. Bathroom and room itself are truly 5 stars and luxurious. The mall is just a short walking distance and the supermarket is right across the street. This is my second time in Fairmont and I will surely stay there next time I am in Dubai.
