From the time I booked, Hasham introduced himself and was very helpful. Once we arrived at the property, Hasham met us and took us to our apartment and spent a good amount of time explaining the unit's and area's features and amenities The apartment was the perfect size for a couple and very nicely decorated. There's a great view from the balcony and the bed is very comfortable. The unit is a short walk to the Souk Bahar and once you're parked there's no need to leave the area by car.

really different to what we usually will stay in. looks like the old town before you enter the apartment and then you go inside and there is a beautiful furnished apartment. the balcony area and the view really were the best thing you could see the fountains and watch the view all night . there are plenty of restaurants bellow and the walk to the mall is 5 minutes and the super market 2 minutes. the pool area is a hidden gem a sun trap and the view of the burj the the best I have seen from a pool area. the team were super helpful with check in and check out. thank you so much.

We only stayed for one night as we wanted a rest between to long-haul flights. The location couldn’t be better and the views from the balcony of the Burj Khalifa couldn’t be better. In the mall below is a big supermarket with all one might need, shops and the Time out food court. The Dubai Mall is just 5 minutes away (walking). Top location really. The apartment was spotless clean and tastefully decorated. The bed is very comfortable with a perfect mattress - not too soft neither too hard. Huge TV (which we never used). The kitchen and main bathroom are a bit dated and some things could need a bit of a make up but that didn’t bother us at all. There were only bath-towels and no hand-towels. Umar and his team were readily available and very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely go back there and book it for more nights.
