Our home is the perfect cozy nest to enjoy Dubai. Warmly designed fully furnished studio with equipped kitchen and all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. 

Dubai Water Canal has jogging & cycling tracks plus a colorful mechanical waterfall. 
Cute stores fill Bay Avenue mall, along with family-friendly dining options. Waterside restaurants along the canal serve Lebanese dishes, Asian street snacks, and high-end seafood.

The community has a fast-paced, vibrant lifestyle complete with trendy bars, busy cafes and luxurious spas. Bay Avenue Park, near Spinneys in Business Bay. The pet-friendly Burj Park is also available in neighbouring Downtown Dubai. There are many fun things to do in Burj Park. You can go cycling, witness the Wings of Mexico and the world’s tallest performing fountain. Safa Park’s large running track is just across the road near Sheikh Zayed Road.

Dubai is an extremely safe and affordable city to get around. Taxis, Uber and Careem (local ride sharing company) are all readily available and convenient. While the metro in Dubai is used heavily by commuters, its generally not an end-to-end transport solution. That said, its about a 25 minute walk from the apartment to Business Bay metro station.
