Cozy and charming studio good for 1 or couple located in a new community Dubai Science Park, in Al Barsha South 2 near Arjan. List of amenities include a - 25-meter swimming pool with in-water sunbeds - luxurious jacuzzi - basketball court - barbecue area with picnic tables - gym, fitness center - mini-golf; play area for kids - table tennis - round the clock security - close to supermarkets and bus stations. Complete with furnitures and appliances.
I am very active, goes to the gym 4x a week. I work full time and I travel whenever I get the chance.
Very quiet and luxurious, cozy neighborhood with 2 parks nearby where you can walk, run and cycle. There is a tennis court and play area for kids Carrefour supermarket is 5 mins walk away Happy Loft supermarket is just on the Ground Floor of the building Miracle Garden is 5 mins walk away Take the Metro and get off at Mall of the Emirates Metro Station. Go to the Bus Station and take Bus #F36 going to Arjan Get off at Dubai Science Park City Centre and walk 5 minutes to Bella Rose Deyaar Building
