## The space Make yourself feel at home in this homely apartment that comes with a large sofa, a cable TV, a private balcony that stretches all the way from the living area to the sleeping area that is fitted with a double bed with hotel-quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable! There is also a large wardrobe for storage. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, refrigerator and kitchenwares for cooking. There is also a washer free to use. The modern bathroom comes with a bath tub (with shower), a sink with large mirror, and of course, a toilet. The apartment is newly furnished and complete with all the basic things you need, from kitchen wares, iron facilities and laundry machine. It also has a walk-in closet and cosy living area. The apartment is located in Bay Square, Business Bay - the business hub of Dubai and just 8 minutes away to the famous Burj Khalifa. Enjoy your stay! ## Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! ## Guest interaction We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. ## Other things to note This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. ## The neighborhood The apartment is located in Business Bay - the business hub of Dubai. It is less than 8 minutes by car to reach Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. It also has an easy access to Al-Khail Road that leads you to Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah and other famous tourist spots in the city. ## Getting around You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App is available in the city. DXB Airport is 14 mins away by car. Burj Khalifa is just 8 mins away by car. Jumeirah Beach is 17 mins away by car. Burj Al Arab is 20 mins away by car.
