## The space Natural lighting, tranquil ambiance and beautifully decorated place with a big and comfortable terrace. The kitchen is fully furnished, there is a washing machine, a TV and high-speed internet. ## Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment. The access card provided to you will give you access to all of the building's facilities including one (1) parking space, pool & jacuzzi, and gym. ## Guest interaction We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. ## Other things to note This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. The property is steps away from the Burj Khalifa and the Opera District, too. ## Getting around DXB airport is 20 minutes away by car. Dubai Mall is 10 minutes away on foot. Downtown Boulevard is 5 minutes away on foot. Burj Khalifa is 10 minutes away on foot. Lots of bars and cafes are few minutes away on foot. A supermarket can be found just minutes away for your convenience.
