The apartment was clean and very well equipped. The location is perfect, and the building consist of a lovely Gym and pool. It is right at Dubai Mall entrance and close to the bridge overlooking the Burj Khalifa. We enjoyed the EID with all the songs and the fountain displays. The apartment consists of a washing machine which was super helpful, and the host Waseem made sure we have enough water, coffee and teas for our stay. We enjoyed our stay.

This little jewel of an apartment is a mix of modern facilities and furniture blended with the decor in traditional Arabic style, creating a unique and extremely pleasant getaway. The apartment has recently undergone a complete renovation and has been designed in subdued and calming tones to ensure a blissful stay. Feather pillows and duvets ensure that you will drift off as soon as you lay down, surrounded by discreet and soothing artworks throughout the apartment. Aside from the master en-suite bedroom, there is also a sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate two guests, a sofa on which a child can sleep, a guest bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Water, coffee, and tea are complimentary, perfect for fuelling all of your adventures. Located on the 6th floor, you will find yourself on the same level as the amenities including the stunning swimming pool area, gym, children’s playground, and saunas. The balcony opens onto a spectacular 180-degree view of the stunning Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall.

Many buildings in Dubai have views of Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall, but this exquisite apartment is situated right there amongst them, above Souk Al Bahar in Old Town Island, between the iconic Address Hotel and Palace Downtown Hotel, across from the canal and in front of Time Out Dubai. Every half an hour, the fountains sing and put on a show, and at night the lights of Burj Khalifa sparkle at you right from the balcony. As you gaze at the people on the bridge crossing the creek, you will notice that the air is electric and filled with incredible energy, with hundreds of restaurants, cafes, and shops just there, a few meters away. There is no need for a taxi since you are walking distance from the best that Downtown can offer.
