The apartment is really fantastic.It is huge,comfortable and clean.The furniture is modern,there is everything you need,kitchen is full of supplies,but there is no coffee machine.There is a wonderful pool in the yard,you can easily get to Fairmont beach,cafes and spa. The location is great,there is a supermarket,pharmacy and there are some cafes. 5min walk to Nakeel mall. I recommend this appartment !

Luxury 2 bd apartment in Fairmont Residences (South Residence), Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. King size bed+ bunk bed (140*90 and 100*90), plus full size sofa bed in the living room, plus single sofa bed in small room, which can easily fit up to 4 adults ( 2 in the king size bed, 2 in the sofa bed in the living room) . Plus 2-3 kids in the second bedroom. This nice apartment is located on 8th floor of Fairmont South Residence, Palm Jumeirah. Apartment consists of: Living room+dining area, 2 big bedrooms, kitchen, a full bathrooms, a big terrace, reserved parking space, free WiFi, access to the beach, swimming pool, gym, steam and sauna, free cable TV, kitchen ware, electronics, iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, hair dryer. Living room and dining area has a dining table for 6, big and comfortable corner sofa, access to the terrace, TV set, shoe rack,mirror. Kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances(cutlery and crockery,kitchenware), fridge, freezer, cooker, stove, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave. Bathroom has a bath tube with shower and a shower tube. Terrace has outside furniture: 3 chairs and a table where you can enjoy a cup of coffee.
