Ultra luxury Al Bateen Residences at JBR enjoys direct access to the beach and offers a range of facilities to its residents, including a private beach, outdoor swimming pool, fully equipped gymnasium, 24-hours security services and access control car parking. CLEANING • Cleaning Fee applies to the post Check-Out cleaning only • Guest staying 7 nights and longer will get a complimentary cleaning once a week • Extra cleaning with linens and towels change is available at additional charge with a 24hrs advanced request PLEASE NOTE! • As per Dubai Law, please send us clear passport copies of all guests in advance to secure your access to the building.
