The apartment it is located in the heart of Dubai Marina in one of the highest residential skyscrapers. The apartment features are 3 spacious bedrooms very well furnished, stylishly decorated with the attention to the smallest details. It has huge living room with open space fully equipped kitchen suitable even for the master chefs and its dining area has enough space to bring your family together. Being on the 60th floor and having 2 big balconies you can admire the beautiful skyline of the city, the amazing man-made Palm shape island and the luxurious Burj Al Arab Hotel. If you are lucky, in some days you will wake up above the clouds especially in the foggy days.

The location of the building strategically chosen will offer you the maximum comfort having everything only few steps away. If you will like to get some tan, the nearest beach Club called Barasti is only 5 min away or the JBR public beach only 12 min walking distance. You can find many restaurants and coffee shops around the building especially on the famous Marina Walk and you can try different type of cosines. If you choose to cook at home, there are plenty groceries shops and even Carrefour open 24/7 just right in front of the building. About the transportation you don't have to worry as you have easy access either to the metro station only 7 min, tram station only 2 min walk, 2 min to the highway and taxi you can find always available in front of the building.
