The place was very clean and well organized, the lockers are huge. Amazing kitchen, it even has a dishwasher and a washing machine that appears to be free, that's quite rare. Bed was comfortable, I slept well! Location is exactly in between the train station and the city center, like 10-12 minutes on foot, so it's ideal.

I happened to arrive at a time when the owner/manager had arrived so we were able to arrange everything quickly. I thought the common bathroom was clean and the property was well-lit at night, both inside and outside. I also think the neighborhood was safe.
