Great view over the spa resort! The room was very clean and soundproof, the bed was comfortable and it had a very nice terrace where we had a lovely time.

Very clean and comfortable. Great location and a great city overall.
Absolutely everything. Easy access, free and safe parking, big room, lots of space, nice bathroom and excellent hosts. All was perfect. Came with 3 small dogs, for Bistritzer Burg Dog Show, we all enjoyed it very much and we left home with 3 champions!

Great location, close to the old center and a lot of shops and markets, all in walking distance. The room was very spacious and clean (cleaning was done daily). The food at the restaurant was very good. The staff very welcoming, nice and helpful. For instance we asked for an extra blanket and received very fast. Concerning special requests: we asked for a parking space, but although one could not be reserved, we got help, directions and were able to (freely) park very close by.
