Even helping us with the logistics and arrangements for dinner at a restaurant they suggested (Restaurante Chesery).

The ladies at reception did everything they could to help me as a freaked out a bit, phoning people and getting resources for me - even coming to more door later to check and tell me everything would be fine. Everything was fine, and I really appreciated those ladies for being there for a panicking traveller. The room is lovely, it's an old place, not a modern hotel - so it has it's quirks, but it's full of character. And the communal kitchen is lovely, for storing food and making lovely big pots of coffee. The location couldn't be better.

At the accommodation the rooms come with bed linen and towels. We arrived quite late after flight disruptions and the very kind staff waited up to let us in. We really appreciated their beyond-normal kindness.
