He has an incredible amount of boards to choose from, and so many small things like even after sun if you get burnt. I am 100% coming back whenever I want to get a nice surf session in Peniche. Highly highly recommend, I do not know why there were not more people honestly.

Hosts Luis and Nadia are welcoming and helpful in sending you to all the best castles, gardens and beaches. The Portuguese coast region is a Mecca for surfers, but even for a non-surfer elder woman, staying here was the highlight of my visit to Portugal. It became a home; the lovely girls on staff (Tina, Vivi, Jule and Malwina) and young German guests included me as if I were their grandmother. I am an experienced world traveler but have never felt like I was family the minute I arrived.

I spent the most beautiful week at Cloud to Chill. Fred and his volunteer Anna are so welcoming and it just feels like being in a comfy home. I really enjoyed spending time with them. Fred likes to share his knowledge about Baleal and Anna is always there if you need anything as well. Surfing together and the BBQ were my highlights! I will definitely come back another time.
