Set in Batuan, 18 km from Tarsier Conservation Area, Bohol Hammock Hostel offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a bar. The rooms have a patio with a garden view. The place is amazing and have such a great energy. The staff is dedicated, happy and you can feel they like what they do. They offer a free 5am hike to see the sunrise, and its absolutely the best way to see the chocolate mountains (I skipped the touristic, I had enough with that). Also free breakfast is pretty good. Dinner at a cheap price is amazing too! The place has quite a few of dogs and cats, and all of them look happy and well treated (not like in most places in the philipines). You sleep on hanging beds, which I never did before and I loved it. Everything is open and natural. And I was surprised on how clean they have everything even tho is in nature. I didn’t even see insects at all! Also, looks like they are thinking on improvements which is great!! I loved everything. It was an experience. I’ll come back!

Loved everything about it. the rooms where clean, bigger than most hostels and had curtains which I loved. Ervin was so helpful and kind, Anja him anything and he’ll know! if you need to rent scooters he will arrange that to at the hostel!

Our dormitory is an air-conditioned room of 12 beds with shared bathroom, 2 hot and cold shower, 2 CR, and private locker for your personal items. We usually turn OFF our AC from 9 AM to 5 PM since most of the guest are out and for ecological reason. You can always claim to our staff to TURN ON the AC for few hours. Really nice hostel, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. They can organise all the tours for you when you arrive. My tour guide forgot to pick me up at 4am one morning and the owner drove me to Oslob himself (nearly 2 hour drive). staff were really friendly. highly recommend if you’re looking for a hostel with a chilled vibe. thanks!
