The main square is 950 metres from the property and hosts a variety of shops and places to eat and visit. Free WiFi access is available in this property. This property is really nice, the staff were all friendly and helpful. Everything is clean, the rooms are spacious, at least the one we had. It included a bathroom, bedroom, a living room area, refrigerator, microwave. Our room here was bigger than some of the Airbnb properties we have been to. We thought it was nice that they bring your breakfast to you, since the rooms have a table area where you can eat. The shared kitchen has everything we needed. Hot water always available. The area that the hotel is in feels safe and is pretty close to everything, maybe 5 minutes' walk from the central plaza, very close to multiple grocery stores, lots of restaurants, etc. The place is located in a quiet street. The airport transfer service is reliable. Definitely one of the nicest places we've stayed in, if not the nicest.

The place is as clean as can be. Bed is super comfortable. Nice neighborhood location, with a very nice cafe and restaurant downstairs. Plenty of other restaurant options nearby also. I enjoyed Trujillo very much and plan to return. I wont even look for another option unless they don't have a room available for me.

Most importantly, it's right in front of the surfspot. Audrey and Joan make sure you feel welcome and will help you with anything you need. One of the dorms has a seaview from the beds if you turn the pillow, I've never had that in a dorm before. You can hear the sound of the ocean to fall asleep.

Despite its location on the main business street, it is surprisingly quiet at night. The building itself is also a beautiful historic building from the republican era. The hotel owner is so nice, giving me all local insider’s tips about the city. He also helped me booking a tour around the archeological sites nearby for no commission fees.
