The hostel provides some units with city views, and every room has a patio. At Casa Lula León Hostal the rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels. We loved everything about Casa Lula León without exaggeration. The size of our room, the cleanliness, the kitchen, the free coffee in the morning was perfect, and most importantly the owners - Roger and Selena and their 2 cute dogs and a tiny kitten who was in the spotlight while we were there. The Casa is beautiful, the common space where you can relax after a long day of visiting the city has a very nice ambient with lights and hammocks. We had a really great time! Thank you for everything.

Hostal La Tortuga Booluda, the hostel for the 'tranquilo traveler', is a friendly little hostel 3.5 blocks from the central square in Leon. Guests can enjoy the on-site self-service bar and play foosball in the colonial 'sala'. Nicest hostel we have stayed in whilst travelling around central america!

You can play table tennis at the hostel. Wonderful staff - honest help with booking great tours, arranging accommodation, friendly smart people eager to do what they can. Air conditioning works for the room I selected. Shower not heated but still good. Some are saying it’s too far from town but it’s a 10 minute brisk walk to city center and 7 mins away from a good restaurant. It can be a loud city so better to be not right in the center

The area is popular for hiking, and bike hire is available at the hostel. Had a really good stay in the dorm, which has 4 beds , it’s clean and comfortable with personal fan bych each bed. Shared bathroom and shower was very clean so was the whole hostel. Kitchen is well equipped and you can refill your water there. The location is right where the bus stops, a few minutes walk to the beach, nice and quiet at night. You can buy some drinks like juice and beer for very good prices there and there’s a couple of shops very close to the place. Patrick , who is the owner is kind and very hospitable, we shared good chats and I can only recommend this place for a really nice stay in Penitas.

Such a beautiful and quiet place right at the beach! The staff all were super nice and helpful and I felt very welcome there. The room (I had a budget one close to the parking lot) was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was really yummy and so was the dinner I ate at the restaurant, looking out at the sea.

All guest rooms have bed linen. very friendly and helpful staff. great location. good wifi. nice included breakfast. clean and comfortable common areas with hammocks and kitchen. would definitely recommend:)

The property is super centrally located, has an amazing outdoor space where you can eat, chill by the pool or work (good tables with access to internet). The dorms are big and spacious, even if there is no AC the fans are enough! They have a fan for each bed! Super nice and great value for money.

Located around 70 metres from Las Peñitas Beach, the hostel with free WiFi is also 2.4 km away from Poneloya Beach. The accommodation features a shared kitchen, and currency exchange for guests. If I had to be short I would just say « Incredible » but then people would be wondering why. Mano a Mano Hostal is incredible in every way, the people working there are really nice and smiling, always there to help. The rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable. The access to the beach is easy and beautiful! I loved the vibe there. You get that nice and friendly vibe from the moment you pass the gate, the French girl at the reception is wonderful! Smiling all day long! Of course not everything can be perfect and the only thing that could be better is the choice on the menu. The food is delicious I loved it, it would have been better if there was a bit more choice! Yet this doesn’t ruin the whole experience because you can still cook in the well-equipped kitchen or go to the nearby comedors and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and go their again!

You can play billiards at the hostel. Awesome hostel, comfy beds, Aircon for cheap. There were a couple of mozzies getting around though.
