The hostel is 400 m from the Metropolitan Cathedral, and 2.5 km from Clavijero Botanic Garden. El Lancero Domestic Airport can be reached in a 20 minute drive. The property offers parking at an extra cost. The location was great and felt safe; the building is cute, with a semi-outdoor kitchen/dining area in the courtyard. Maybe a little chilly in winter when it gets down in the 50s in the mornings and evenings, but it was fine when I was there in November. The family who runs it lives there and uses the kitchen so you can interact with them some, which is nice.

Lovely hotel and great location
The breakfast buffet was great, with a lot of options and nice espresso coffee (which is difficult to get in Mexico!). The staff was very kind, also with our twin daughters. Great location: quiet place and almost a private beach.

The location is excellent for the river walk to the cable car, and the town centre. The beds are really comfy and room was clean. There is Free parking too and freindy staff. A great budget hotel in a safe and convenient area.
Beautiful hostel in an antique building with a fountain in the foyer. Due to the pandemic, 1 person per room. Safe location with a few bars, restaurants and takeaway around the corner. Easy walk to the centre. Manager d was nice and friendly. Beautiful separate room to the front, very cozy. They have a carpark. WiFi worked fantasticly well. Bed was comfortable. Good sized shower.
