As a solo travelling woman I felt completely safe during my stay. The staff was excellent, with an emphasis for the service of the reception guys, Mustafa and Mohamed Ali from the restaurant. Thank you so much for all your help and hospitality and I’ll definitely be back soon ❤️
Great location, staff super friendly & helpful. The rooms are beautiful, and the gym is excellent! I was glad to discover this hotel and I will definitely stay here every time I have to visit Kuwait. Ah, and is right next to a mall, which it was a bonus!
The hotel is very well kept , safe and clean . Appears to be a newly built property . A/C Work wonderfully . Everyone from the front desk staff ( Rahul) and the restaurant staff ( Michelle and Alaa) were extremely attentive and kind . The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of choices . I travel around the world and this Hotel is where I would stay again when I travel back to Kuwait.
Hotel was cheap and convenient to lots of restaurants and of public transport. Check in and out was quick and easy.

We enjoyed our stay at Rihanna. The appartment is clean, the entrance with 24hr staff is nice and safe. Anything missing/wanted could be asked from staff. The WiFi router on the go they provided was handy. A special shout-out to Fady the night receptionist who after I checked out to move to another hotel because of private circumstances kept in touch, asking if I was OK, really caring. Thanks!
