I have stayed in hostels for over 25 years now and this was my absolute favorite. Located in Costa, a bus ride up from the Costa train station. Very tranquil area. Clean hostel, very tastefully docorated. Breakfast foods to start the day. I did not meet Nadia because I left early every morning, but very kind and helpful via messaging. I loved it so much here I stayed 2 extra days. Great home base to explore nearby towns.

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed. Great location if you're planing to visit Cinque Terre and surroundings. They have Happy Hour every evening with complimentary wine and snacks... plus the family dinner which is super convenient, delicious and a great way to get to know other travelers. Very clean place and the staff were extremely helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay in La Spezia.

Located 300 metres from the sandy beach in Levanto, Ospitalia del Mare is set in a historical building preserving the original décor. The property has a terrace with seating area and offers free luggage storage.
With a city view, rooms feature lockers and tiled floors. The shared internal bathroom is complete with a shower.
It was clean and well managed. I loved the history of the building too.

Just a 15-minute walk from the Mediterranean Sea, Perla del Levante Hostel features a sun terrace and simply furnished rooms with sea views in Framura, a few steps from the centre. An Italian-style buffet breakfast is served each morning in the breakfast room or in the garden. A beautiful location overlooking the sea ❤️ Really supportive and welcoming staff, they kept my backpack for three more days while I could move around freely with a daypack. Grazie mille:)
Corniglia

Perfect location. I got a private room and it was exactly what I needed after a long day of hiking. Close to where the trail ends and then the restaurants for later without being right in the center of town where it could get noisy in the morning.
Great location, safe
Great location and safe for a solo female traveller too.. Excellent value for money, room is basic but comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly, my room was not in same building as the trattoria, 100m away, but someone took me there and kindly showed me everything. Instructions are super clear. Handy to have a fridge in room. Breakfast was great and plenty in the trattoria, everyone in trattoria super friendly too!
It was cheap and the location was good - near the train station and walking distance to the marina. Apartment feels safe.
Piano Prima is more of a hostel than a hotel , with shared bathroom facilities down the hall , But there are two of them. It is located close to main shopping, beach and restaurants area. The town is accessible through an old train tunnel or via a twisty mountain pass. Dont drive a motor home down the tunnel. You are given a voucher to one of the local cafes for breakfast which was adequate but not brilliant. The town it,s self is lovely with a safe swimming beach .

The hostel is quite simply fabulous. A great location with a great history and awesome staff who, with little encouragement, will go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as you need it to be. It is disabled friendly so if you have any questions please just ask the guys in advance. Jacqueline, Jorik and all the staff will gladly bend over backwards to make your stay even better.
The hostel was in a great location, Cristiano was very helpful with the stay. It was a very social hostel where everyone would gather for dinner and talk with each other. Definitely one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at.
I am very amazed that you can enjoy the service of a star hotel at a cheap price like a youth hostel, and I recommend him without hesitation.
This Hostel exceeded my expectations! I was traveling for more than a month for Italy, and this was definitely the best hostel!! Great place, great location and the best staff, they help me to organize all the days that I was in La Spezia. So if you're thinking to go to La Spezia, I highly recommended you this place!
