Honestly this the cleanest place I ever stayed (not only hostel). The place is so beautiful, people are always checking if everything is ok. They have ice cubs which was such nice touch. The kitchen, the common area, the fan and the room are amazing.
The best part is definitely the staff. They do everything to help, honestly most friendly people ever! Also super recommend the volcano tour with them. Ask for Haqim guide, he is the best.

Perfectly located for visiting Malang (close to train station and points of interest). The people there are so nice and helpful (we got some coffee and fruits and long conversations 😃). Good cheap tours organized by Jon. Beds are confortable. They said i could keep my bed and have a nap until midnight (before Bromo) without paying the night. One large dormitory, but though it is on a passing road, i could sleep well (no noise issues). Decoration of common room is nice.
I loved this hostel so much, it has a really chill vibe and a good base if you want to explore the Tumpak Sewu waterfall or Bromo + Ijen. The staff can tell you all about it, they're the best hostel staff I've met so far in Indonesia! 😊
Nice staff! Comfortable place to stay. Just a basic place, but when you're a low budget traveller, this is a great and cheap place to stay. Also on walking distance from the Bromo vulvano!

The staff was incredibly accommodating and involved in our experience! They helped us with anything we needed or requested. It was also very clean and there was free coffee and tea anytime. The facilites were nice, but our room was very basic (we took the cheapest one). We would recommed you to stay in this hostel, the vibe was very nice!

Could not leave a nicer review, maybe one of the best hostels I've stayed at. The staff are so friendly and helpful and attentive, they really bend over backwards to do whatever you need and really go the extra mile. Superb staff aside, it's a great location for restaurants, bus station, train station beach etc. Everything you need is reasonably close. The hostel itself is so homely, with different places to relax and a lovely kitchen. Perfect for Baluwangi and those seeking to do excursions in East Java
