The staff was amazing and really nice, other travellers were also really nice. Everything is really clean and the hostel is really well-located.

I didn’t realise it was a hostel when I booked it 😂🙈,but pleasantly surprised! We had private room for me and 13 year old,including bathroom/shower. Staff were lovely, friendly & helpful. Parking was the reason I booked it & car was secure. The whole place had keycards to get around & we felt safe/secure the whole time. 2 nights here. Room was very clean & beds very comfy! Great location & would recommend & defo use again.

Considering it was a hostel, my stay was adequate for my needs. The bunk bed was clean and the facilities were clean and well maintained also. As long as you understand that you have not booked into the Ritz your stay should be safe and relatively comfortable The other guests were polite and civilised which is all one could expect from a hostel.
I loved this place - has to be the cleanest and most modern hostel I've ever stayed in! Great location, feels like you're in the heart of London with lots of places nearby and brilliant architecture around. Really lovely dorm rooms, didn't feel unsafe or bothered. Reception staff are always willing to help out and are just super kind! Would highly recommend staying here.
great location in the middle of Soho and not far from Oxford Circus so plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping and nightlife nearby. shoebox sized room but has all the basics. if you are on a budget this is a good option amd alternative to hostel. breakfast is wuite basic but there are many options nearby, including pillipino patisserie next door
Great location for an ultra cheap place to stay in London. The tube is just a 2 min walk away so its great for a few nights in london if you are on a budget. The staff were very friendly. The room was Ok but one gets what you pay for.
Great location, very clean, and a man from personel from night shift was super friendly and nice! Clean and comfortable beds, bathrooms well designed, rooms warm and quite:) best hostel I have ever been to!
