Guest rooms at the hostel include air conditioning and a wardrobe. Clean bedding and towels. 2 showers and a separate toilet. Didn't use the kitchen but looked good. Wifi was excellent even in the attic. Could use the laundry machine for our hiking clothes. The owner had excellent suggestion for eating out.

Overall great atmosphere! Breakfast included is a plus, although the options are limited, especially if you wake up after the majority of the guests have. The neighborhood isn't the best of Lyon, but it's only a 8 minute walk from the main train station of Lyon (Lyon Part-Dieu), and 20 minutes away of Lyon's old town with the public transport. The hostel has family rooms. After a long hot drive from Dijon, the friendly welcome, delicious dinner and comfortable beds were so welcome. The staff were exceptional; the communal dinner relaxed and the whole atmosphere just great. Will definitely be stopping here again.

I never thought Id like hostels but I really do!
