Well situated in the centre of Helsinki, Moi Aikatalo Hostel Helsinki is set 300 metres from the Central Railway Station and 600 metres from Helsinki Cathedral. Helsinki Bus Station is less than 1 km from. Among the facilities at this small and peaceful family-owned hostel are a 24-hour front desk and a shared lounge, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The hostel features family rooms. Everything! Their fast response, the friendly front desk lady who were so kind (we forgot to ask her name!), and then of course the location which is very close to Helsinki Central Station (just 3 minutes walk). The room was very clean and tidy, just like in the picture. And the toilet and shower rooms were perfect!! (Please note that this is a hostel, so we share the public facilities, incl. the shower and toilet). The toilet and shower were sparkly clean. The water pressure at the shower and the hot water WERE THE BEST! It's so hot. Not lukewarm, but hot. Perfect for winter. Last but not least, the toilet has a biddet faucet. Being Muslims, we really appreciate this. In brief, it is highly recommended to stay here! Love from Indonesia 😍🇮🇩

I can highly recommend this accommodation. It is located near the airport, so if you have to continue travelling or arrive late or continue travelling in the morning, it’s perfect. I knew beforehand that I had booked the shared room. The owner kindly informed me about everything. Therefore, I knew that the bathroom and the sauna were in my room. But that was okay. For the price it is great, also very clean. You even have free coffee and tea, a refrigerator, a toaster, a microwave. Before arrival and on departure, you will receive an email with all the information about the place. I will come again. Thank you!

With a shared lounge, the 2-star hostel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a shared bathroom. Private parking is available on site. Clean, comfortable, anything you could need in the room. Wifi was great, shower had good pressure and temperature, views of the city were really nice! 20 minutes walking to the main tourist area. Host was super nice and helpful. Check in instructions were clear and communication was great! So glad we found this stay for Helsinki.
