Hostel Baqueira - Refugi Rosta - PyrenMuseu is located in the historic centre of Salardú, next to Mont Romies forest and the Garonne River in the Pyrenees. All of its dormitories and rooms have mountain views. The only really nice place I slept in during my HRP.

Great location near the ski slopes in the nice town of Arties.
Clean, warm, friendly staff, like a youth hostel as the building is government owned and used for school groups too. Great breakfast, evening meal was simple and filled you up, including a glass of wine.
Staff were super friendly and were happy to recommend places to eat at. Lots of care when it came to covid- the way they served breakfast was very attentive and made sure guests were safe. Great location, right next to the center with shops and restaurants and lots of great hiking trails from right outside the hotel.
