I don't usually write reviews but this place really exceeded my expectations. It was a very "homey" enviornment where every single staff member went out of their way to help me with excursions, transportation, etc. It was in the perfect locations, very clean and comfortable, beautiful terrace. Everything was perfect and a great price.

This pleasant family establishment in Menorca is situated in the old town of Ciutadella in, a city declared a site of great historic and artistic importance.
The simple rooms ideally complement the tranquil feel of the city. Meet other travellers for a drink at the hostal bar, or bond over a meal at the restaurant.
Great location - walkable to all sights and buses. Ferry port too though that’s a bit longer. Staff super helpful and they even gave us a beach umbrella. Amazing buffet breakfast. And our room was very nice… didn’t realize that we had reserved a full suite / apartment (our other hotel canceled on us somewhat last minute) - turned out great as we had a mini fridge and plenty of room to spread out, a drying rack for clothes and such.

A very well organised clean, spacious hostel. The kitchen is more then fully equipped, bath & bedrooms are clean. The dorms are nice with a big balcony :) The owner is the nicest woman and made me feel very welcomed. Also I fell in love with Menorca so will be returning back for sure!
The location is perfect, in the center of Ciutadella (the best place for the accommodation), 3 minutes walking from the old town. A big parking is available next to the hostel. Common places, bathrooms, and bedrooms are always clean. Kitchen is super comfortable, well-stocked, and an amazing place to meet new people. Owners are friendly and polite.
One of the best hostels I've stayed in! Great service from the staff, they are very responsive to WhatsApp when the reception is closed. The communal kitchen is very spacious, room was comfortable, bathrooms clean. And located right in the centre of ciutadella. Bus stops for exploring the Island are a 10 minute walk away.
This is the best hostel I have ever stayed in. There are people cleaning every day. I have lived in Japan and I can say that the cleanliness is not inferior to a Japanese hotel. Alice at the reception will give you the best service and you can ask her any questions you may have. I will choose this place again next time！
Stayed here one night to get a cheaper flight after a stay across the island and was super happy! The room was very small but I love a cute studio room so I loved it! The place was super clean and modern, I wasn’t there to make friends but I can understand other reviews talking about it not being a super social hostel but not a problem for me!
Great location, quiet neighbourhood, close to some great (cheap) restaurants and an awesome cocktail bar on the cliff overlooking the beach. Sonia contacted us well in advance with check in info and was on hand for anything we needed via whatsapp. The place was clean, and as described in the pics. Loved the shady outside area. Great that it had a washing machine and detergent!
Great location, on one of the best roads for access to beach and nicest restaurants. Supermarket right next door. Breakfast buffet was really well stocked and organised, Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. So handy being able to rent the towels, safety deposit box at check in. The courtesy room is more than adequate on check out and a great facility to have. Never any issues with sunbeds by the pool and stunning views. Pool and rooms were cleaned daily and beds were really comfy.
Great location near all the bars and shops in the centre. The staff are really helpful and are always there to help. Breakfast is really cheap for the amount you eat. Its well worth it. The rooms are big and you also have the swimming pool which is lovely.
Friendly staff, great pool and facilities, covid safe, spacious room with sea view. Great location for a family. Great breakfast.
