Steel House Copenhagen

Copenhagen City Centre, Copenhagen

Steel House offers private rooms and dormitory rooms. Dormitory rooms come with lockers and convenient power sockets by each bed, and has access to shared bathroom facilities. The private rooms has its own bathroom with a shower. Steakhouse Copenhagen was a unique accommodation as it is meant to be a hostel. However, the facilities were great and exceeded our expectations, allowing us to have a comfortable stay. We booked a room for 3 and were allocated a room that has 3 bunk beds, so a total of 6 beds + a private toilet and shower room. This worked our perfectly for us as we used the space on the first deck to organise our belongings and the second deck for sleeping. The aisle in the middle may be a bit narrow but it was not a problem. Location wise, it was also rather convenient. Upon checkout, we took a short 3 min walk to the nearby station (Vesterport) and headed to the airport from there with only 1 transfer. It was really convenient and easy to find. We also rented bikes to bike around the city which we highly recommend. The bikes were available for 3hr or 24hr rental periods at reasonable prices.

I would have liked more options for breakfast. For the amount paid I felt it could have been better. Also larger coffee cups would be great to avoid spills and ability to use the large coffee options on the machines
