The hostel offers a continental or buffet breakfast. I love this place ❤️ All stuff were super friendly, great breakfast, clean and warm rooms and bathrooms, hot showers and a great location!! They have a place to keep your bag until you make some time before your departure! I will like to mention that this hostel as other hostels doesn’t have a kitchen design for the tourists to cook their own food or keep their food / drink in fridge. They have their own restaurant that they do dinner menu and they provide you free breakfast. Overall I will definitely recommend this place to stay!!!

They were very friendly and super helpful to answer any questions and provide information about the town or tours. Location is great just off center and close to everything you would need (bus station, stores, restaurants, etc.). Good breakfast with excellent coffee freshly made by the owner. Large, clean, warm and very comfy rooms. Free storage of luggage for our trip to Torres.

The host is so kind and sweet, even with our language difference we got by an felt welcomed and safe. Very comfortable and clean, good facilities and close walk to most things in town. The nearest airport is Teniente Julio Gallardo Airport, 7 km from the hostel. I’ve never felt so welcome and at home before at any hostal as I have at the treehouse. The host Gerardo went out of his way to make our stay perfect! He not only “saved” our W trek by lending us some of his hiking sticks last minute but he also gave us several rides around town (as the hostel was more quiet given that it’s low season). The room was cozy, warm and quiet. The storage and laundry machine came in handy for our trip to Torres del Paine. Breakfast was great, loved the self service and coffee was always ready early in the morning :) on our last night Gerardo showed us how to make the most delicious Chilenan completos (hotdogs). We were truly sad when we had to leave!

The bathroom has a super-techie and wonderful shower. Climatization was on point. Breakfast was also very tasty and healthy. The lady in charge was very kind and helpful.
