Monica, Andres and Camila totally saved our trek in Torres Del Paine National Park when our airline lost our luggage. We were able to rent a tent, trekking poles and cooking equipment from the hostel. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to others!

The hostel offers a continental or buffet breakfast. This hostel is a gem. It felt more like a boutique hotel than a hostel. The decor and facilities like new and the staff was warm, welcoming and very attentive. Best place to stay in Puerto Natales. (We walked around to check out others and none compared to the quality of La Factoria). Breakfasts and dinners were quite tasty as well. Loved our time here. Thank you Natalia, Manuel, And Fernando! Very clean, with a green lawn view from the window. Cheaper than the other places we stayed in Puerto Natales.

The service is outstanding, super nice and friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, cozy beds and fluffy duvets. Spotless bathrooms and over all feels more like a nice hotel and way better than any other hostel I stayed at in Chile. They have an actual professional espresso machine and make the best cappuccino I've had in Patagonia

The owners were super friendly and the kitchen was great for cooking meals. We extended our stay and have booked to come back again after our trip to Ushuaia.
