Rooms have a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV is available. The room we stayed was quite clean and comfortable. The shower worked great and we didn't experience any lack of water or lack of hot water. The kitchen was well equipped for a simple meal, breakfast or a tea/coffee. The location is close to the terminal, which in my case was good since I came by bus. Andrea, the hostess is a really friendly and great person, her help was invaluable to my trip.

If we had to leave early for the tours they would leave the breakfast in paper bags for us. They have available hot water in a thermos all day for coffee or tea. Also spring water available so we didn't have to buy more bottles of water. About 10 minutes from caracoles.. Tony, the owner let us leave the luggage in the storage room after the check out so we could spend some more time in Caracoles. I would definitely stay there again.

The beds are very comfortable, the showers and toilets clean, the breakfast with pancakes, eggs. bread, fresh fruit etc made by Carol is delicious. There are clean towels every day. I met some lovely people during my stay and a special thanks goes out to Rodrigo, who organises all the tours and has the answer to all the questions regarding them. literally everything that can be done can be booked with him. i also booked my Uyuni tour with him. For that, Rodrigo booked me onto an excellent agency with a very skilled and lovely guide called Martin. The tour was very well organised, the food was plenty, delicious and healthy and the people I was put in a jeep with were lovely. The sights were just amazing, the nature truly stunning. I am writing this because this was all very important to me and I would have loved to be reassured by another positive review. Rodrigo himself was incredibly helpful and even looked after me and offered to help even after the tour had ended in Uyuni - he truly went above and beyond. He always available for even the simplest questions and incredibly flexible with changing dates and times (sorry, Rodrigo! 😅). He was 100% invested in me having a good time, never pushed a tour on me, even advised me not to do certain tours because there were sights I would see on the tour to Uyuni anyway - which I truly appreciated. Overall, I had an excellent time here.
