It's position is wonderful, very beautiful view from the balcony and the kitchen/ tables. It's a very warm place and the kitchen has everything you need. Also, very good value for money. Bravo to the crew. They have even a different locked room for lagguage, if needed after the check out, very helpful!!

Set in Interlaken, 1.3 km from Interlaken East Port, Chalet Hostel @ Backpackers Villa Interlaken offers accommodation with a shared lounge, a garden and a terrace. The accommodation features a shared kitchen, a tour desk and currency exchange for guests. I'm not a fan of hostels, but when travelling to Switzerland you don't get much choice with the high prices. The rooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Big size lockers available on the rooms, secured with a card key so you don't have to worry about bringing your own lock. Location is great, near both train stations in Interlaken, plus the hostel gives you a free bus ticket to reach the accomodation.

Hostel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. One of the best hostels I have stayed in.
We really enjoyed our stay here! It was in a great location, away from the crowds but close enough to walk to down town. The hotel is well appointed and exactly what one would think of for an alpine hotel. The room was cozy and we had a beautiful view from our balcony. Their was enough space, a safe and supplies. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and with excellent service.

This is the most unbelievable hostel that you will ever stay in. It is absolutely beautiful and pristinely queen and in a great location. Don't be tempted to stay like over by the shops because that's kind of a terrible area this is over where there are mansions and it's easily walkable from the train station. Also they give you a bus card for free anyway but anyone could walk it it's like 5 minutes. The rooms are great the breakfast area is great the view is great it's just amazing
This Lodge is like a hostel with a share kitchen. I don't recommend it for a family with children, more suitable for budget option seeking pairs and groups.
Almost everything.. Comfortable bed with own plug and lamp, individual locker with acces card lock. Toilet in the room BUT shower outside the room. Big kitchen space with regular cleaning. Ample space to hang out indoor and outdoor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Washing machine cost 10 CHF and free dryer machine. Just sometimes not enough to accomodate many user at once. Great location, near bus stop to train station at west or ost. Price were the cheapest in the area & with many facilities. Breakfast simple but enough for me.
Fantastic restaurant for dinner; great breakfast (included); staff were very friendly and the hotel is in a great location, close to the train and amenities. They offered luggage storage with a changing room, perfect for after a day of skiing. The room was not huge, but big enough and comfortable for a family of 4, including a bunk bed large enough for a 17 and 12 year-old.

Perhaps the cheapest youth hostel in Interlaken. You get what you pay for. Everything was perfect, the room was clean and also the sharing toilette and bad room. If you are hungry, just go down the stairs because it is a bar. And very close to the Interlaken West train station. After that, the supermarket and a lot of restaurants were nearby. What I found maybe a bit annoying was the squeaking of the wooden floor (I think, because it is an old building).
Amazing hostel, good location, very good host, incredible breakfast with view. You also have the possibility to do your laundry which is very practical for backpackers and you have a shared kitchen with cheap beers and sodas. The room is very big as well and you have a terrace with a very nice view.
