The hosts were very nice and helpful. The facility was clean and cozy, it was only a 20min walk from the Niagara Falls state park and you have a lot of autonomy to come and go as you please. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags in the facility even if our room wasn't ready. Very good experience overall.

It's an "OK" place. They had what I was looking for and needed: a bed, bathroom, microwave, refrigerator, hot water, wi-fi, great location. Relatively safe. No loud noises. I wasn't expecting luxury, but if you're a very critical person, the "designer type", you'll find many "wrong design, wrong room & bathroom configuration choices" in the bathroom and bedroom. If you're not that type, then you'll be just fine. I'd stay again in the future.
Great location, comfortable beds - best nights sleep of the stay!! Swimming pool a great added extra. Good breakfast and staff working very hard. For a budget hotel, you can’t go wrong.
New / refurbished hotel, very clean and in a great location, just a few steps from the visitors’ centre to the Niagara Falls. Big, excellent fitness centre. We felt very safe in our room and had a lovely view of the fireworks from the casinos on the Canadian side.

They accommodated our bikes to park at night at a safe place. Our room's light and AC was not working. They upgraded us to the king suite with a balcony. We appreciate all the help. Breakfast is good and the most generous I've ever had in any canadian budget hotel. We have visited here before and we will visit again.

I honestly wasn't sure about it , it is right on victoria Ave which makes me feels safe but becuase it is so cheap it attracts different people. But room was quiet, water was hot in the room heat worked fine. Room was not the greatest but clean very clean hotel. We booked cause of the pool but the pool was ice cold and the hot tub was luke warm if that. Staff were friendly and i saw no bug or dirt and for what i paid it was a decent stay.
Great location, 25 min walking to the falls, 5min to the Aquarium, and right in front of the hiking trails along the gorges. Spacious clean room with its shared bathroom, and lockers available. Way better than expected, I've already been to youth hostels where the lockers were on the basement and the bathroom were shared with a full floor for almost the same amount...
If you are looking for a budget hotel with great location for the falls this is perfect
